The programme PHARE 2003 consists of investment grant scheme TECHNOLOGY, where the receipt of applications was closed in 2004. At the present time it is possible to apply for a grant on consulting services covering 50% of the eligible costs.

Development of small and medium—sized enterprises

The main aim of the programme is to increase the competitiveness of the small and medium—sized enterprises in the Czech Republic by means of the investment into new technologies, modernisation of production facilities and increase in the quality of production and management processes in SMEs.
