A field of Corporate Governance has become increasingly important with respect to rising investors´ confidence. All efforts should be taken for creation of uniform and well balanced set of Corporate Governance rules at national and international level. In particular, worth considering are those initiatives that are advanced in the framework of OECD, European Union and United States and which focus on strengthening of rights of shareholders and other parties involved while enhancing competitiveness of businesses.

Program Phare 2003 was finished in November 2006. Program was taken as a preparation for implementing of structural funds and consisted of grant scheme for grants on buying modern producing technologies and activities in consultancy.
